Disputes within the workplace can be avoided by careful staff training and sensitive management.
Workplace mediators are on hand to work with employees and employers to facilitate a workable solution. If it becomes a formal dispute, often involving tribunal proceedings for discrimination or unfair dismissal mediating as soon as possible reduces the stress, the wasted management time and of course the costs.
