Workplace mediators are on hand to work with employees and employers to facilitate a workable solution. If it becomes a formal dispute, often involving tribunal proceedings for discrimination or unfair dismissal mediating as soon as possible reduces the stress, the wasted management time and of course the costs.

ACAS now provide a mediation service (www.acas.org.uk) or if you would prefer us to select an employment specialist mediator we would be pleased to do so.
