In 1971 graduated from University of Bradford Business School with a degree in business administration majoring in accountancy. Qualified with Price Waterhouse and moved to Arthur Andersen specialising in taxation

Expertise in complex financial aspects of cases relating to commercial litigation, personal injury, matrimonial proceedings, fraud and acts as a Court expert witness.
Undertaken a variety of mediations since qualifying in 1996 mainly relating to disputes in the fields of corporate, shareholder, matrimonial and tax.
A wide experience in corporate finance, tax planning and services for medium-sized businesses and serves as a non-executive director for several local companies.
