The Association (ANM) takes complaints against its members very seriously and will look into any complaints made.

You may wish to download our  Complaints Procedure which clarifies our simple process.

To speed the handling your complaint and ensure we have all the details, we would be very grateful if you would complete the Complaint Form.

The completed form may either be emailed to info@northernmediators.co.uk or posted to the administrator at the Association of Northern Mediators, Third Floor, 10 South Parade
Leeds, LS1 5QS, England. (Please note responses to postal enquiries/complaints will be considerably slower than those sent by email).
