Workplace Mediator | Neuro-Inclusive Conflict Strategist | Organisational Psychologist
I am a Civil Mediation Council (CMC)-accredited Workplace, Civil, and Commercial Mediator with over twenty years' experience specialising in workplace conflict resolution. My practice is grounded in organisational psychology and designed to restore psychological safety, rebuild trust, and enable sustainable collaboration—particularly for neurodivergent professionals and teams navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.
I bring a neuro-inclusive lens to every mediation, ensuring environments, communication styles, and process design accommodate diverse cognitive profiles—including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette Syndrome, anxiety, and trauma-related needs. This approach recognises that equitable conflict resolution requires adapting the process to the person, not expecting individuals to conform to neurotypical mediation norms.
- While workplace mediation forms the core of my practice—addressing team breakdowns, leadership disputes, grievance escalation, and "business divorces"
- I also facilitate community mediations involving neighbour conflicts, housing-related disputes, and intercultural tensions. These community engagements inform my workplace work, reinforcing that inclusive resolution practices benefit all settings where human difference intersects with systemic friction.
My clients include Individuals ,Charities, NGOs, INGOs, local authorities, SMEs, and multinational organisations seeking mediators who combine psychological rigour with practical empathy—and who understand that lasting resolution requires designing with human diversity, not despite it.
