Laricelle Fouchee is a CMC Registered Workplace Mediator and Civil & Commercial Mediator, an IMI Qualified Mediator, and a Family Mediator Working Towards Accreditation.

Holding an LLM (Distinction) in Mediation and International Commercial Dispute Resolution from Newcastle University, Laricelle combines mediation experience with a professional background in law, employment relations and human resource management. Prior to relocating to the United Kingdom, she practised as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, specialising in employment-related disputes and complex legal proceedings.

Through Fouchee Mediation, Laricelle supports individuals, professionals and organisations in resolving conflict constructively through Workplace, Civil & Commercial mediation. She conducts mediations online and in person throughout the United Kingdom.
