William Heseltine is a CMC Associate Mediator, working in both workplace and civil/commercial disputes, and a co-founder of Yorway, a specialist conflict management and psychological support practice based in Skipton, North Yorkshire. He spent twelve years in the British Army, latterly as a Major, where he led teams through high-pressure environments and saw first-hand how unresolved conflict affects performance, relationships and wellbeing.

William holds the CAOS Conflict Coaching Practitioners Certificate and is a TRiM Practitioner. He has mediated a range of cases and works with individuals and teams to manage conflict and seek appropriate resolutions. His approach is calm, practical and focused on helping people understand what they need, so that they can reach agreements that last.
